P & D Care is established in Tilburg and offers Local Support, assistance and guidance to employees of many international organizations. P & D Care is recognized by its clients as an excellent service provider.

Being an organization which is growing rapidly, P&D Care has specialized in the process of the individual preparation and coming to the Netherlands of the international employees. The broad knowledge of the local market is the main starting point of our activities. The arrival of an international worker is a specific matter for each organization. Many aspects remain unclear due to the huge diversity of questions from the newcomer to the employer. This may finally put a big disadvantage to the acclimatization process of the newcomer.

Although an employer will attempt to assist the newcomer in the best possible way, various items will remain unclear and the entire process may become very time consuming and costly. Our service will imply an improvement or refinement of the acclimatization process of the newcomer, his partner and/or family. Also, we take over structural tasks which do not always belong to the relation employer - employee.
